Our Services
Guaranteed
Rent
Landlords will receive a fixed rental income for an agreed period of time, between 3-5 years. We are responsible for finding and managing the clients. Therefore, Whether the property is occupied or not, the landlord will still receive the rental payment. This provides financial stability to property owners.
Cosmetic Refurbishment
We cover a range of services. One being cosmetic refurbishment if required. Light maintenance work is also covered, so that the property is always in great condition and to the highest quality. Our skilled team is there to cover all aspects of refurbishment and upkeep the maintenance. Each property will be regularly deep cleaned to keep it nice and fresh.
No Management
Fees
We don’t receive commission or charge a fee for our services. There are no agent fees or void periods. This benefits the landlord and means they will retain the full rental income generated by their properties.
